Julie... coughing is a cardio workout. I think it can be an ab exercise too! I know that everytime I hear from you I laugh so hard that I count it as a workout. Falling on the floor, rolling around, and getting up! Glad to have you! Dang cold!! Shew Cold!!! or is that AAASHEW Cold?!

Did anyone notice that I set all the task to equal 10 points so it would be easier to add? Just showing how much I care!

Ok, I'll do what I can. I haven't been eating ANY food all week and will probably have to count playing my guitar as cardio when (and if) we go out this week (unless I can count 10 min. of coughing every day. LOL).

Winter months are here. While everyone is busy with holiday fun let’s put the “I” back into our lifestyle change. Join us in the Westie Team's Winter Challenge!

The team Spark buddy with the most points at the end of the week will receive a Team Goodie!
