I liked this challenge. It was easy to keep track of, even if I missed a day. I think Debra should get at least 50 extra points for no junk food.

congrats julie !!
don't feel bad becky, i think i am the rear of the med. way sparky challenge. a tropical depression kept my internet messed up all last week, my score was pitiful!!!! lol
the postings are also down on the chat, maybe everyone is out doing something healthy !!

Well... that was fun!! Only 3 of us playing? What's with that??

I guess you can tell who the big weener is... Julie! It was close and I kept the rear!

Next time maybe we can get more people involved. Ya think?

DOG DAYS OF SUMMER CHALLENGE

D-"D"aily track your food in the SP nutrition tracker = 5 points a day
O-"O"ther goals. Any personal goal you have, example: no junk food, get 8 hours of sleep, etc = 5 points a day
G-"G"et moving = 5 points for every 15 minutes (max 20 points a day or 60 min)

D-"D"rink your water = 1 point per 8 oz glass (max 10)
A-"A"nswer TRIVIA questions = 3 points a day
Y-"Y"oga or "Y"ogurt? Try one new yoga pose every day or eat 4oz of Yogurt = 5 points a day
S-"S"tay in calorie range = 5 points a day

Maximum points 53 points a day!

Instead of starting a new post each day with your goal information, simply return to your original post and chose to edit it to add your additional days information.

REMEMBER:
Track all your foods eaten in the Nutrition Tracker and record your daily exercises in the Fitness Tracker to earn those Spark Points!
