WEDNESDAY BONUS!! This BONUS will take you all Wednesday to complete, and you are to post your results on THURSDAY.

This challenge not only gives you those Spark Points but it helps the Team move up in the Spark Team standings. I know you want us to be #1!!

Go to "My Spark Points" and complete as many of the Daily SparkPoint Challenges for Wednesday. At the end of the day whatever you total points are that will be your BONUS POINTS for this Challenge. There are a lot of points there for the taking, so work though the challenges and get as many as you can!

Hi today I met the following challenge --

1. The Spark Members' Spark Page visited was: hughes net was down
Points earned = 0

2. Fruits & Veggies eaten: apple, tomatoes, cherries, onions, , watermelon
Points earned = 5

3. My personal chosen exercise was: walking
Points earned = 10

4. I HUDDLED my Team.
Points earned = 0 ...hughes net was down

Daily Total Points earned are:

08/04 = 37 + bonus: 85

WEEK'S CHALLENGE will begin on MONDAY, Aug 2nd through SUNDAY, August 8th. ARE YOU READY TO JOIN US!

Let's get to know one another while having fun earning some Spark Points!

This new challenge has been designed to start you off in areas of FITNESS, NUTRITION and getting to know your Team's SPARK FRIENDS better.

Here are the ways you will meet your goals for the week's challenge.

1. SPARK PAGES – Visit a team members’ Spark Page. Read about that Sparky, then either leave a comment and/or give a Spark Goodie to that person.
Points earned = 10

2. NUTRITION – Eat a rainbow of fruit and veggies AKA-freggies.
Points earned = 1 per freggie eaten

3. EXERCISE of your choice – you determine what form of exercise you want to do, but do something, either do a good cardio workout (minimum 10 min), or choose one of Coach Nicole's excellent workouts taken from the link provided. You decide, but MOVE your body!

Instead of starting a new post each day with your goal information, simply return to your original post and chose to edit it to add your additional days information.

REMEMBER:
Track all your food eaten in the Nutrition Tracker and to record your daily exercise in the Fitness Tracker to earn those Spark Points!
