So sorry that I'm so very late. My total for the Lucky challenge is 127. My playing an instrument counts towards cardio so did pretty well with the band preformances and practicing!! Thanks Beth for another great challenge!! emoticon

Wow, you gals did emoticon on this challenge! I got 96. Couldn't do much upper body this week because my shoulder was hurting. (Becky thinks I'm too violent with my kickboxing. Suppose I should cut down on the aggression. lol)

K: Keep it in range: stay in your calorie range=5 points per day.

Y: You Time: Spend 15 minutes on you, meditating, organizing, blogging, whatever=5 points per day max.

MAX 35 Points per day:)


Clarification for L and U. Each set is 20 reps of a lower or upper body exercise. For Example you would get 1 point for doing 1 Set of 20 Squats. Hope that helps:) If you have any questions just ask me.
