I'm excited to do this one! I'll have to do it late tonight after choir practice. I've also been getting on the treadmill to get all of my steps in, so I've definitely been more active which is certainly a good thing! I'll let you know how it goes.

this was a great quiz becky,
i got 8 of 10. we have some chickens so we get fresh eggs everyday. my husband eats eggs but i only use them as an ingredient while cooking other things. i should've done better on the quiz. emoticon emoticon

There's a lot to do with how you sit on it. When I went out to Spark Store they say up to 5'7 55cm. Problem I haven't researched 'cm' to see. They only offer 2 sizes and I remember when I purchased this one there were 3 sizes and I took the small one. I'm 5'4 also... DH is 6'3" I really feel when I'm doing the workout with Coach Nicole that I'm not aligned on the ball like she is. I am going to research this more. If you find out something ... let me know.

my son bought mine for me, i have wondered about size. how do you know what size ball you should have. my son got this one because he knows i like blue !!!!

p. s. i'm 5'4'' if that tells you anything about the required sizing.

I just finished the workout! WOW!! I guess I should've checked that one out a little closer before giving it out! That was a workout! I have 2 balls... one I use and the other is DH... I think mine might be too small for me, and I know his is too big. I am like Goldie Locks looking for the perfect fit!

becky,
that was another good one. i was doing the exercise part when you pull the ball up to your chest with your knees, the westies decided to join in the fun. they thought it was time to kiss mommy on the face. i got sweet westie kisses the rest of the set. made it a lot of fun.

Whew! It's the middle of the week already!! So let's work on the middle of our bodies! THE CORE!! Yeah!! A strong core is the foundation to a strong body.

What you will need is a stability ball. If you don't have a stability ball do the optional Pilates exercise.

Sorry, I wasn't able to complete this yesterday. I had difficulty getting in my steps. Wednesdays are very busy days for me. I go to work, then straight to bible study from work, then onto choir practice from bible study and make it home around 9pm. I then had to practice the bagpipes since they're so loud, I don't want to be playing them when it's too late and wake everyone up! Then had to finish some reports for my women's group and then clean up the house-whew! I'll try to do better next time. (and you wonder why I couldn't manage 8 hours sleep!) emoticon
