Well looks like most of us had a problem with getting the sleep every day so maybe the next challenge I need to give partial credit and extra to those who offered to share emoticon . I am working on ideas for the next challenge if anyone wants to have any input just let me know.
Well I am going now to let Bella go bark back at her look a like on the wii game I created for her to keep her preoccupied while I work out.

I'm looking forward to getting my 8 hours of sleep tonight, the weekends are the only time I'm able to get that many! It won't help with the challenge, but it will help me over the weekend!

Well, so much for all that talk about sleep. It took me 1/2 hour to get to sleep and then I woke up a 1/2 hour before my alarm went off, which cut my 8 hours short. Now I don't even have any extra for anyone else. LOL. I'll really try not to be crabby today...

on your start page by the word START look over to the right and it says sparkpeople insider. click it and you get 1 point a day for it. you're doing great. go back and add the insider in tonight and get those 5 points too

Unless you have a Mac, and then it's (command C) and (command V)! The only reason I know this is from switching over from a PC to a Mac for work, and I have made a lot of mistakes!

Highlight what you need to copy. To Copy (Ctl+C) the section highlighted of the Challenge and then go to your Spark Page to "Post a Blog" on your Spark Page and once the blog is opened "paste" (Ctrl+V) then Post! Does that explain it for you? If not, please let me know and I will give you more precise instructions.

You can either put it here or in a blog. The reason for the blog is that you will earn 3 Spark Points each day that you edit the blog and 3 points for the day that you put it out there so if you put it out there so you could earn up to 15 Spark Points just for posting the blog - just helps to get Spark Points for you and the Team if you are in to that sort of thing it's kind of a fun game to see how many points you can rack up while still getting a healthy benefit out of it.
