So, on that note, I will tell my "true self" to get off my lazy butt and go for that walk that I've been putting off all day! Unfortunately, my true self is very tired and would rather be emoticon !

That was a great article! I'm the optimist in the family, my husband is the pessimist. I don't usually have the negative thinking problem, but every once in awhile when I've had a bad day and everything seems to go wrong-there it is. So this is a good reminder. Thank you!

Thanks, Becky, I always enjoy our mini-challenges. I appreciate your effort in doing these for us.

The article on negative thinking really hit home with me, so I am going to allow myself to be human and even argue with myself on occasion. Thanks for sharing!
