finally the page loaded and i saw the challenge. got them done. hughes net internet is crawling again, i guess due to weather conditions. if there really is a rare snow tomorrow here in tuscaloosa, i probably won't have access to see tomorrows challenge.

I do these everyday so no problem here! I started doing them to help with my flabby underarms and also to help me with my playing the bagpipes. We have to squeeze the air out of the bag while we play and my arm would feel dead at the end of the practice. These really helped! emoticon

I'm working out with my trainer today, and I have to see what lovely tortures he is planning for me first! If we don't do upper body today, I'll definitely be doing these!
