Christmas will be here tomorrow and 2009 is almost gone. For many this means a New Year's Resolution will be made.

Many goals have been reached in 2009, but still there are many goals waiting to be discovered.

Let's take a few quiet minutes of quiet time today to think about where we want to be in our journey for healthier lifestyle.
