Part 1: Keep track of ALL your food. You don’t have to track it on SparkPeople; you can just keep a notebook if that’s easier for you. But do keep good records and figure out the calories. Earn 5 points per day just for keeping track (even if you are not within your calorie range).

Part 2: Stay within your calorie range. Earn 5 points per day for staying within your calorie range.

BONUS: Stay within your calorie range for the week, and earn an additional 30 points. And to give you some flexibility, you can still earn the 30 point bonus if you are over or under on one day, as long as in total you are within your total range for a week’s worth of calories. (Total 100 points)
