I have totally let up on everything! I don't know what's the matter with me! I am going to work really hard today to make just this one mini-challenge a success. I know that the water is so important, because when I wake up in the morning I feel SO puffy.

Well, there's no question that I lost this challenge... I was out running around a lot for a couple of those days and I always have a hard time getting all that water down when I'm not at home. I'll try to do better for the rest of the week. I'm thinking that all the water that Julie drinks must have contributed to all those pounds gone, so that is a strong motivator for me!! Lisa motivates me, too. Well, actually, EVERYBODY does better than I...just don't know how you all do it!

I forgot to come post, but I drink 80 to 100 oz of water daily. I measure by drinking 20 oz at a time. So I always get it. But sorry, I forget to post!
