So you wore out your horses eh? Wish I could ride. I'm allergic. I know; I know-totally bites!:(
Friends own and run the stage coach here and I sit and talk with them all the time. I just can't get near their horses.
Been keeping up the water. emoticon

I'm staying out of the worst trouble... AHAHAH

Keeping going. Even though I'm in a low funk and dont want to move much.

Went for a fun trail ride yesterday, my legs are so sore! My poor horses are probably just laying round today... ahahaah

Yes, do keep those fluids going esp. in hot weather!
I've been doing well with my intake too. Thankfully its been very nice here in Southern California mountains. High 60's, low 70's.

How's everyone doing???

Its been HOT here... so I've been guzzling fluids!

I broke down and bought some "simply limeade" today... I mix it half and half with water because its soooo strong!!! but it's sooooo refreshing!!!

I joined up!

I drink on average 16 cups of water a day... (or herbal tea) I drink from a quart jar and find that warm fluids are easier for me to drink down than cold!

yay!

Hello all,
And a merry May to you!

I am starting a challenge thread for us. Beginning this month I will put up a challenge and then add to it until August. I'll re-think at that point since the weather starts to change here.


So the challenge for May is to DRINK YOUR WATER!!!
***Get at least 6 glasses/cups per day.***

You can find the goal at the bottom of the Team page and sign in once and it will track for you and the team!!! Woo-Hoo!

Water helps to keep your skin nice, and you breathing better. It also aids in appetite control. I could go on and there are some wonderful Spark articles on the benefits of water!
