When are we starting? Just curious. I figure if I have a team goal/challenge to work toward I won't mess valentine's day up. LOL.
Maybe one month do pounds lost, then inches lost, minutes of cardio, miles walked, etc. those would be fun.

Each month/holiday we will have challenges to work towards...we will switch it up from weight loss so many pounds to X amount of cardio challenge. I will post on here and any and all ideas are welcomed!!! Looking forwrad to getting to loose the last of this weight and sdtaying motivated with you!!!
