Where is everyone??? If I can't keep up participation I'll drop down to the groups that do participate.. I had interest in 7 of my groups that I posted in and only 4 are keeping up with participation and it does take time to do all the posting. I want to make sure it's worth it :-) I barely did 30 seconds. My arms said "You want me to hold up HOW much weight???"

This isn't exactly one for reps... but more of time. Lets see how long you can hold it! Aim for the whole two minutes but count your seconds as you go. If you have to take a pause for a second feel free to and just continue counting when you are able to go back into the pose again :-)
