AHH I'm so late today! I'm still not feeling well but trying to keep up. Today's challenge is the Lateral Lunges. So get out that timer, alarm clock or watch the rotation of the earth for 2 minutes and see how many you can do in 2 minutes. One side counts as one count, so left side 1, right side 2 etc. Have fun!
