Here we go ladies and gentlemen! It's time to start the two minute challenge!!! I decided to start with a common one just to get us going. Set your stop watch, the timer on your stove, watch the clock on the wall or have someone time you. Lets see how many reverse crunches you can do in 2 minutes! It doesn't matter if you do 500 or if you only do 2... that's 2 more than you did before the challenge! Good luck and I'll post how many I did in a couple of minutes!
