Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond imagination. It is our light more than our darkness which scares us. We ask ourselves who are we to be brilliant, beautiful, talented, and fabulous. But honestly, who are you to not be so?

Really! Only 2 minutes :-) Although I've been trying to change up my exercise routine I'd love to try some new things. So I thought I'd see if I can get some others involved. Basically I'll look through the different exercise ideas and lets say I pick wall push ups. I'll post the exercise and then you see how many wall push ups you can do in 2 minutes and then post when you've done them and how many you've done. Of if it's the plank position, just how long you were able to hold it for (I know I can barely hold 10 seconds LOL) I figured 2 minutes would be enough time to get a decent amount done.. even for beginners, but enough for a challenge for someone who's been doing it for awhile to see how many they can do. Plus it's only 2 minutes so it's not as intimidating as say 30 minute challenge. So what do you say? Is anyone else interested in trying a new exercise for only 2 minutes everyday? I'm posting this on a bunch of groups, but on the groups I can get enough interest going I will start posting first thing tomorrow morning. I hope others are interested in trying something new!
