THIS CHALLENGE IS NOW OVER! Here's the results for those that participated and have posted their results as of today. If anyone posts after this on this thread it will not get noticed. Sorry!

Butterfly 1411 - Goal was to exercise at least five days a week, AND SHE MADE THAT GOAL! :) She also exercised a total of 1021 minutes in December which is AN AVERAGE OF 33 MINUTES A DAY!! :) Way to go! She did not, however, reach her goal of losing some weight, and so we are sad with her for that. :(

FormerTeacher - Goal was to exercise at least days each week AND I MADE THAT GOAL!! :) Goal was to lose 5-10 lbs this month, and I did not do that and so I am sad about that. :(

NEXT MONTH IS A NEW MONTH! IT'S ALSO OUR 5-YEAR ANNIVERSARY MONTH! Let's begin our 5th year with a renewed sense of urgency and become serious SPARKERS!! LET'S GO TEAM!!!!!

I AM USING MY HOME GYMN. I A, MAKING PROGRESS I LOST 2.2 THIS WEEK. USING MY HOME GYMN 4-5 TIMES A WEEK.

EXECISE AT LEAST 5-6 DAYS A WEEK. GOAL WEIGHT AS CLOSE TO 200 AS I CAN GET. ALSO GOAL OF DRINKING MY WATER
