THIS CHALLENGE IS NOW OVER! Anything posted after this will not be recognized!

CONGRATULATIONS TO BUTTERFLY1411 for completing the most minutes exercised this month! (678 minutes!) We congratulate her too for applying quite faithfully for jobs. I know from experience how painful this can be, as I've been doing this for months! Keep working at it, and if possible let people in your church or other social groups know you're looking. That's what I have to do, and that has been the most successful for me in the past. Just trying to be helpful (to you and myself!). :)

In addition to setting a personal goal for exercising, set a personal goal for something you need/want to do. Then post how you do on your goals each day. Recognitions and awards for all who meet their goals! Let's do it!!

A spark friend posted the following quote on my spark page. It is something we all do well to think about, and it may help motivate us!! "Those who think they have not time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness. ~Edward Stanley

NEVER NEVER NEVER GIVE UP!
Anita (FormerTeacher), Team Leader Spark Team Jan 18-24, 2009

Another good quote on my page by the same friend is:

Success is not a race, be patient.
Success leads to success.
Success is always a work in progress.
Success doesn't come to you--you go to it.
Success is a journey, not a destination. Focus on the process.
Some people dream about success... while others wake up and work hard at it.
Success is achieved and maintained by those who try-and keep trying.
Everyday is a good day to SUCCEED!
If at first you don't succeed-try, try again - Author unknown

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference!
