I HAVE NOT FELT GOOD I HAVE SINUS PROBLEMS FEELING REALLY TIRED AND YUCK. I DID DO SOME WALL PUSH UPS 50 OF THEM. IT IS SUPPOSE TO WARM UP TODAY SO HOPE TO GET A WALK IN.

I HAVE BEEN DOING SOME EXERCISE BUT NOT A LOT. I WANTED TO CHECK IN AND SAY I HAVEN'T FOR GOTTEN THE TEAM.

To maintain we're told we need to exercise 2 to 3 times per week for 30 minutes. We want to be over that, so we are setting a goal of at least 2 1/2 hours per week (or 30 minutes for 5 days).

For 4 weeks, that is a TOTAL GOAL OF 600 EXERCISE MINUTES FOR APRIL! Let's see if we ALL can do it!
