STOP!!! This challenge is now over! Anyone posting after this will not be acknowleged (sorry!).

Here's how we did!

BUTTERFLY1411 wins with a goal of 1800 minutes and an actual total of 1868 minutes! (More than an hour over total goal, and I noticed that she didn't track anything for the 30th!). Wow! Great work. She also tracked her nutrition 29 days in June. That is super work.

LOVESLIFE12 came close to meeting her goal of 1300 minutes with an actual total of 1241 minutes!! She did great! She also tracked her nutrition 19 days. Good work! It is hard to keep up with it!

Here's how I, FORMERTEACHER, did. I went over my goal of 1200 exercise minutes, with a total of 1674 minutes. I tracked only 13 days of the 30 days. Not too good. I'm afraid that I am going to be doing well just to get my exercise in, as I've just been too busy to track. Maybe after my house cleaning and painting is over. (It'll be awhile!)

HAVE BEEN SICK WITH STOMACH BUG. I AM WELL NOW PRAISE GOD

I HAVE BEEN GARDENING AND DRINKING MY WATER YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!

BEEN TOO HOT TO GARDEN MOST DAYS. DRINKING MY WATER AND EATING LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES.

6/22 COOLED OFF SOME WEEDED AND MULCHED FOR 80 MIN. YEAH NEED RAIN

6/24 DIDN'T FEEL GOOD SLEPT MOST OF THE DAY

This month let's focus once again on exercise and nutrition!

First, set a goal for minutes exercises (or steps walked). Then record how many minutes you did. You can also put a smile face if you think you did well that day.

Secondly, keep track of how you do on the nutrition tracker. Put a smile face if you meet your nutrition goals.
