THIS CHALLENGE IS NOW OVER! I will not be looking at this again, so any update on your posts after this will never be noticed!

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who participated! I know it helps motivate me that others are trying hard, and rooting for me too!

BUTTERFLY1411 is our April exercise winner! Congratulations for 1824 minutes! That is 30.4 HOURS total! Another way to look at that is you did an average of an HOUR A DAY! Wow! Way to go!

LOVESLIFE12 is our April exercise runner-up! Congratulations for 1575 minutes! That works out to 26.25 hours for April or an average of .875 (over 50) minutes a day! Super!

I'm third runner up! 1568 minutes or 26.14 hours or an average of .871 minutes (over 50) per day.

We did quite well on our nutritional goals. BUTTERFLY1411 did best by keeping within goal 22 days; FORMERTEACHER 21 days, and LOVESLIFE12 made it 11 days!

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! It's work like this that brings success!!!!!

Our challenge this month will once again be to see how much exercise we can get in along with paying attention to our DIET! Everyone is encouraged to track on the nutrition tracker, and/or indicate how you did by posting a smile face :) a mediocre face :| or a sad face :( .

Hope everyone does well and finds this challenge helpful once again. I know these challenges help me!! I just wish more people would join in!
