THIS CHALLENGE IS NOW OVER. Anything anyone posts after this will not be tabulated.

The person who wins our EXERCISE CHALLENGE is (drum roll)......BUTTERFLY1411 with 1969 minutes this month or an AVERAGE of 65.6 minutes of exercise daily! WOW! Way to go!!

The person who wins our SPARK POINTS CHALLENGE is (drum roll).......LADYBUD2 with 3034 points this month or an AVERAGE of 101 points each day! Again, WOW! Way to go!

Time for our June Challenges!

In addition to posting your exercise minutes (or steps if using a podometer), aim to get all the sparkpoints you can each day! The point system makes sure you are tracking, reading, learning, sharing, giving, goal-orientated, eating well, and exercising. In other words it will help keep you "well-balanced" each day.

So, keep track of this one of two ways: 1. Post your current total number of Spark Points here and then, at the end of April, post the total again. 2. Post the total that you get each day.
