Monday April 5--30 minutes on treadmill--1.75 mi
Tuesday the 6th--walked to city hall and 15 min on treadmill probably 25 min total
Wed--30 on treadmill
thurs--30 on treadmill
fri--20 walking at mall with hubby
today nothing so far--

I might be more likely to post if I do it weekly or whatever, so here it goes--I pledge 20 minutes a day or 140 min a week.

april 1--30 min on treadmill--1.7 miles.
April 2--35 min walked outside--2 mi
April 3--40 min mall walking--2.2 mi
April 4--50 min walked outside--2.7 mi

Asalaamu alaikum,
I don't know what happened with me and this challenge, but I'll finish out what I started instead of starting over like I did with the calorie challenge. I'm actually thinking that when we are all done with our first four weeks, that we should just combinee the calorie and workout challenge so that we don't have to post so much. I'll talk to EMRYSGIRL and see what she says insha Allah.

I found another one. I guess from the look of the format, that you determine how many minutes you can workout in a week and pledge/promise that amount. Insha Allah. We can think of a reward system later.

This is the format for the challenge. You can either copy and paste it or make your own. Remember, no less than 90 minutes per week.
