Vali, I think are making a great goal. To exercise 365 days would be hard to do so don't get down on yourself if you miss a day or two. Congrats on making your goal with your shots and having such a great friend to help you.

Aerobics 3 Days wk

For the last year I've had a Spark accountability partner who helped me keep on track with giving myself my MS shots every day. We just celebrated our first 365 days of not missing any shots, and for this year we're going to add 15 minutes of exercise every day to our agreement. If we're successful with that it will make 5475 minutes, but you've got to start somewhere....and because I'm sick and really tired today, I've missed the first day of our exercise partnership emoticon but at least I gave myself my shot for the 366th day in a row...

There was much rejoicing!

Spark keeps track of our minutes of exercise under "My Spark America Fitness Minutes". If you have need checked this out please do so. I have set 10,000 minutes as my goal. I fell way short last year but am giving it another try. So to the right of your screen click on "Go to SparkAmerica" and make a goal for yourself. It will be fun to see how close you get and it could be a good motivator. Be sure to log your fitness minutes after you exercise, to get credit for them.
