I've divided my goals into different "areas"...

Nutrition: to get in at least 5 servings of fruits/veggies each day

Fitness: to work out at least 30 minutes a minimum of 4 days a week

Weight loss: to finally reach "ONEderland"


Once I reach the weight loss goal, I will set a new one!

My goals for the year are to eat healthier--I'm trying to focus on changing the way I eat-- and to exercise 3 days a week for at least 30 minutes.

My boss said something today about making something my New Year's resolution. (I think it was either some continuing education thing or getting to work on time every morning....at 5:00 emoticon ) I told him that I don't make resolutions because that's just asking to fail and he told me "well, you can try." So I told him that I'd make that my New Year's resolution....that I'll try to be on time to work every day. That'll be an easy one to keep because I'm already trying to do it every single day. (I just fail a lot....)

So getting to work on time more often will certainly be one of my goals. I'll let you know what the others are when I figure it out. emoticon

Let's not set goals that we will lose in a few days, but be true to ourselves. For the new year make small goals and keep adding to them.

Goal one for me is to start drinking 6 - 8 glasses of water a day.

Goal number two is to exercise at least 3 days a week.

That's it for me to start but I will add to them as the year progresses. What are your goals?
