I have increased my strength program, will get back to the ornaments and knitting maybe next week. I am doing what I said I would with SPARKS right now and little else, going to try to get some housecleaning done tomorrow.

HOw is everyone doing on their goals? I have not been doing so well, since my son has been ill. My exercise has not been daily but I hope this will change in the next few days.

I wish I could join the no soda challenges, I can not take any meds for my GI track problems, the only think that works is soda. I use diet rite, no carbs, no sodium, no caffinee, no calories. They have different flavors which makes it good also.

to finish the ornments
to finish the knitting the slippers
to continue increasing my strength program.
