Aunt, I have not posted the next dates yet. Just keep checking back. Now that you have posted here you should get emails. I probably will email everyone with the date also. I like to keep posting my steps just to stay on track. You may want to do the same.

I lost this thread also didn't get any emails on this one or where we are to post. I wore my pedometer all day long both Friday and Saturday. Posted on the other site what I did.

Gary and I were trying to figure it out I said 11,000 he said no you said your average was 8,000 that meant you had to do 8,800. My average in 10,000 and I will be doing 11,000, and getting some stencils for winning the bet.

Don't forget to let me know your average. You can spark mail me or post it here.

My average for the last few months is 8000, so my sprint days I need to get at least 8800. Don't worry about what your average is, we are here to improve it. Let's make 2009 the healthiest year yet.

I'm going to post a new thread. That thread will be for posting when the sprints are and how you did. This thread is for joining and posting averages.

Heads up for this first sprint:

I'm going to make it a little easier since it is a busy time. You will have from Jan. 1st - Jan. 4th to get your two days of sprints in. So any two days in that time period is fine. They do not have to be in a row.

Now if you don't have a pedometer go and get one. You have a few more days till the first. This team has been slacking and I'm about to change that. We are going to do sprints. What are sprints? I will select a series of 2 days in a row and you must increase your steps by 10%, those days. Say I pick Jan. 1-2 as the sprint days and your average is 10K steps a day. On the 1-2nd you would have to get 11K. This will not be a weekly thing but you never know when I will pick more days.

This will be a year long challenge. So be watching for days of sprints. I will make a new thread when the time is here. Please let me know if you are in, cause there is a prize for the winner. I need to know your average also.

So post here for now and when the sprints (cup) starts I will post another thread.
