Forgot to log in on 08/09 came in 20th out of 200 in a 2K run that my GD registered us both for (She came in 10th & was cheering me on from the sidelines)

It took me 120 minutes to run it and I'm real proud of myself even if I had to fast walk in the middle of the run. I finished and that was my goal. Surprised both of us at how well I did.

8/11 30 minutes of pilates
30 jumping jacks

I'm sorry I haven't been to active. I had a crazy month last month with finishing wedding plans and then my honeymoon.

I am all in for helping us meet our goal. I don't have anything to add yet - well actually I have spent enough time going up and down the steps putting stuff away I probably do, but I didn't track it so I will start adding in next week!

I tried out the modified lunges and for someone with bad joints this will really work. Usually my knees hurt badly after exercising but when I used this method, I didn't hurt quite as bad. Try it you might like it. LOL

We did so great last month on our minutes lets do the same only increase our goal. 7000 minutes!!!! We can do it.

For part two: try a new exercise at least once a week. Let us know what it is and how you liked it. This can help others get ideas of other things to try they may like.

Great Job in July team. Now lets keep Moving.
