I keep forgetting to post on this thread, so don't kick my butt TOO hard please.

My minutes are for the last couple of days:

120 minutes walking (at work and at home combined)
120 minutes vacuumed and washed my Yukon
90 minutes re-arranging my living room

And it seems like I'm missing something but I can't remember what it is. When I remember I will post it then.

Amanda, Count to ten before you say anything, smile at whoever is making you angry and it's surprising how fast they will back down and give you some much needed space to cool off. It works (at least for me).

I read this yesterday thinking "Well since I am not exercising at all I guess it's all over"

But what I really need to work on is my anger. I need to find a way to relieve my stress without hurting others. So that will be my goal for July

The area I'm attacking this month is my "love handles". Don't exactly know what kind of exercises to do at this point but I am investigating this area thoroughly.

I think the area I am going to go for here is the neck and chin. I have face and neck exercises that are simple to do, but I always forget them. This month I want to start doing them on a daily basis.

Do you have an area that you would love to change about yourself? So lets try and improve on whatever it is you need to change. It may be drink more water, eat more fruit or do more Strength training. Whatever you need to improve on post it here and lets help each other achieve our goals.

Mine is my arms. I hate my arms. So this month I am pledging to work extra hard on arm exercises.

Also this month we will have a running tally of exercise minutes. So everyday come and post your minutes. Lets see how many minutes we can get as a team.
