CW - current weight
GW - goal weight

That way I can subtract my CW from the SW, and note how many pounds I've lost so far for this challenge. It's just one way to do it. emoticon

emoticon I can not believe it !!! I went to the Doctor this afternoon and I am down to 269 .I can not grasp that I have lost that much by walking the dogs a couple times a day and my dogs love it to.
I feel great and all work up, I know I will not see those # again like that but that is the first time it happened to me. Oh, did I say I felt Great.
I had to share it with some one on here, almost half way there emoticon and I feel great

We have a choice on how we live and mine is to think positive
Yesterday is past , tomorrow hasn't arrived yet.
I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

I have to get to this goal by July 1

That's about a pound a week. You can do it!!! Your meal plans in combination with daily exercise (at least 30 minutes) will get you there. TRUST the process!!!

Are you on oral meds or insulin? What about carbs? Do you count servings or do you allocate a certain percentage of your calories? I am on metformin and actose. I target 35% carbs, 35% protein and 30% fats on about 1200 - 1400 calories per day.
