I will work towards my ultimate goal of achieving good health by reaching my ideal weight and controlling my diabetes to have A1C levels of less than 6, fasting BS of less than 100 and post prandial BS of less than 140. My goal is to achieve this through diet and exercise and be off all medicines. In 2013, my goals are the following:

1. Consistency - Trust the process!! The plan...
a. maintain a calorie intake which will enable 1 to 2 pounds per week weight loss
b. drink a minimum of 64 oz of water daily
c. exercise daily a minimum of 30 mins of cardio and strength train 3 times per week

2. Accountability and SP community involvement
a. blog regularly and maintain my streaks by by reporting on them publicly
b. actively participate on Spark teams and offer encouragement and support often

3. Spirituality and mental health
a. pray regularly for spiritual strength
b. seek motivation and inspiration daily through Spark Friends, family, friends, colleagues and the kindness of strangers

1. I would like to go back to the store and not have to go way in the back to buy cloths.
2. I would like to have this weight off so maybe I can buy shoes beside Crock.
3. I would love to loss this weight so my husband does not have to help me off the couch some days.
I want to add one more thing-- To be able to ride my Harley again I can't even pick it up so that means I can't rise it and that breaks my spirit emoticon

Yesterday is past , tomorrow hasn't arrived yet.
I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

I have to get to this goal by July 1

What is your ultimate health goal? For example, I want to lose enough weight and get in shape to be medicine free; or I want to lose enough weight to play basketball with my son. List your top 3 plans for achieving your goal...
