Great article! It is an often neglected area in my workout plans/videos/etc.

One of my favorites is "HANDS UP" (picture that sterotypical position people assume when some one in a movie cries out "hands up" as the starting position).

Start with HANDS up.
Elbows approximately level with chest.
Palms facing forward.
Move elbows within your range of motion towards your back side.

Works that region between the shoulder blades--can get really tight there like your crushing something between your shoulder blades. Makes for a stronger core and offers a great backless-dress look!
