My DD is at a sleepover and mu husband worked tonight so I went to the gym after dropping off my daughter and did the bike and elliptical- my fav!

Hello team!
I am so very sorry for not posting this sooner, like last night. My DD came and picked me up yesterday and I didn't even know if I'd have access to the internet. Again, I'm so sorry!

Today's challenge is Cardio. Do whatever you like. Walk, run, dance, whatever you choose is fine! Just make sure it's at least 15 minutes worth!
