Love these workouts, especially the lying down variety for now. I have a sprained ankle so limited to what I will do that requires standing. So I will skip the lunges and find a substitute. Thanks for the challenge!

Aim for 3 sets of 8-12 for each exercise, modifying or substituting as needed for your body and level of fitness. Remain injury-free.

If you don't have dumbbells, use soup cans or do the moves without weights.
