emoticon Did an extra 15 minutes to my cardio at the gym this morning since my internal alarm went off before my phone alarm. Also took a 15 minute walk at lunch today around the block at work and I plan to do another 15 minutes while my daughter is at violin practice. Good day!!

We're glad you're here, Lacresha!

It was 60 degrees in PA, which is pretty rare. I couldn't resist a nice long walk at the park - 5 miles in an hour and 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it's back into the deep freeze tomorrow.

I love the quickfire team! It really helps me push myself a little bit longer or harder or to get me to do exercises that i wouldn't get done if it was not part of the daily challenge.

I got in 120 minutes of cardio in today and 20 minutes of ST. I have a feeling that I will have a hard time moving tomorrow emoticon emoticon

Today's challenge is to add 15 minutes of cardio to your workout. If you typically don't do cardio, take a 15 minute walk. Ride a bike for 15 minutes. Jog. Jump rope. Dance in your kitchen. Do the video linked here. Your choice, just move for 15 and then lets us know what you did.
