Cindybel, I'm so glad to see you here! Just do what you can do -- always substitute or modify our challenges so that they work for your body and fitness level. We don't want anyone to get injured, that's for sure. If there is a workout or exercise(s) that really work for you, please let me know what they are and I will be sure they are included in our challenges.

Lacreshah! Our newest team member! So, glad you gave us a try! The Dolphin Pose is a killer (at least for me), but I think that's why I like it. It's a challenge. I hope we'll continue to see you here!
