LOL! People are ALWAYS complaining if they come to eat with me about how small my plate sizes are--I eat one portion, they go back for fifths and sixths due to "small plate size"...hm...

Watched a documentary today on YouTube about eating plans. It was interesting. I used to eat following that specific plan in my 20s but I'v abandoned it since then, preferring other lifestyle choices. The movie reminded me, however, of some things I learned all those years ago, I'd like to try again, without convincing me to switch lifestyle eating plans.

SMALL CHANGES SATURDAY

Use smaller plates. It makes food portions appear larger which can be more mentally
satisfying.

Clean out your closet. Get rid of all of the bigger clothes that no longer fit you
so you're always looking torward the smaller sizes to come!
