I don't have a problem with a go to snack. I always remember to bring something that I can have, like a piece of fruit. I stay away from the bars out there due to the sugar they all seem to have.

I increased the weight I'm lifting today. I had a great workout because of it. I know I'll be sore tomorrow, but that's okay.

As for visualizing where I want to be, let's face it, I'm no spring chicken, but feeling stronger and getting off of some of my meds is in the foreseeable future. I'm a granny with a plan! LOL!

Been doing 3 different 30-day challenges and my arm challenge is starting to be really noticible for me now--not really so much visually, as much as it is the sense of being so much stronger & being able to lift things which used to 'do me in' so to speak...so I'm in "transition" on what used to and now kicks my behind. When I started I had trouble doing 10 reps with no weights of basic arm exercises, could not squat at all, and had trouble walking longer than 10 minutes.
