Hadn't had a chance to look at the team challenge yet for today. I woke up with this same attitude in mind--I already eat on a smaller plate and can't go much smaller (it is a dessert plate). . . however, I can skip the cheese when I make a sandwich, etc. Even those small changes can add up to results!

Did this challenge, my squat challenges, and the Dec rebounder challenges. I can really feel the change from the arm/shoulder challenge I did a few days ago. Looking forward to doing more of those soon.

SMALL CHANGES SATURDAY

Use smaller plates. It makes food portions appear larger which can be mentally satisfying.

Clean out your closet. Get rid of all the bigger clothes that no longer fit so you're
always looking toward smaller sizes to come!
