emoticon last night while my daughter was at violin practice. Also got up and walked around the middle school a few times rather than sitting the whole time in the auditorium :) Every little bit of extra movement counts and I reached my 15000 step goal, just barely!

Good morning!

Today's challenge focuses on the lower body. Routine will be the same, including warm-up and adaptations/modifications/substitutions as appropriate for your body and level of fitness. Aim for the usual 3 sets of 8-15 of each.
