I took a 2.1 minute walk at lunch. Looking forward to doing 15 extra minutes of cardio when I get home! Thank you for the excellent challenge emoticon

Benefits of just 15 minutes of exercise include:

1. Helps to regulate weight
2. Increases energy levels
3. Helps prefent/fight health problesm
4. Improves sleep
5. Improves mood
6. Helps maintain independence as you age

That's enough to get me up and moving (especially that last one)!

Aim for an extra 15 minutes of movement today. Take an extra walk, add it to the end of your regular cardio, ride your bike, swim, or do this video:

Move as much as you can throughout your day. Keep your metabolism up.
