Today's challenge: an extra 15 minutes of cardio.

It can be an extra walk in the morning, at lunch, or after dinner.

It can be 15 minutes added on to your normal cardo for today -- walk, jog, swim, ride your bide -- whatever. Just do it 15 minutes longer.
