1. Warm up for a couple of minutes before diving in to prevent injury.

2. Some of these have dumbbells. If you're not ready for that, do the movements without dumbbells. If you don't have dumbbells, substitute cans of soup or something similar.

3. As always, if there's something here that's not appropriate for you, either modify it or substitute something more suited to your level of fitness. We don't want injuries.

4. Aim for 3 sets of 8 - 15 reps for each exercise.
