Sorry to be late with this. I overslept.

1. Warmup for a couple of minutes.
2. Aim for 3 sets of 8 -- 15 reps for each exercise.
3. Modify/substitute, as necessary to prevent injury. You can do the exercises without the dumbbells or substitute canned food if you don't have dumbbells.
4. Report back.
