You know the deal -- warm-up for a couple of minutes, then aim for 3 sets of 8 - 15 reps for each exercise. These are all body-weight moves, so no dumbbells required. Should take about 15 minutes. One last reminder to adapt as necessary to prevent injury. Let's go!
