I did legs on Friday so was unable to do this challenge yesterday, but plan on adding it to my workout later today.

Try to do 3 sets of each, 8 -15 reps each. Do them how they work for you. On the lunges, make sure your forward knee doesn't reach past your toes to prevent injury.
