Off to the gym to do this today. The desert is too hot to walk outside. :(

30 minutes on the treadmill @ 3.5 mi/hr and 1.5-7.8 incline. :) I call that emoticon

Typically that would not be a problem. Yesterday I power walked almost 10 miles. Today my "piggy's" are hurting from the long walk. Hoping when I change over to new pair of shoes all will be well again and can power on emoticon Update: emoticon 6.5 miles done

Inside or out. Take a walk. You may break it up into 3 15-minute sessions or do it all at once. But be brisk, be bold! Squeeze in that extra bit of cardio.
