Today we're going to do something we don't often think to do, but is vital. Stretching. I've got two for you. It should be gentle, but enough to feel the stretch.

First a torso stretch:

Do these, holding a few seconds each part, 2-3 times at a time, and do that 3 times during the day whenever you feel a little tight.
