Saturday! But no, you don't get the day off. Today we'll work the core with Standing Side Bends with a Towel. Everyone has a towel. I hope.

Do 100 each side in multiple sets throughout the day. Don't lead with your arms. Lead with your upper body as you bend at the waist and let the arms follow. Just like the instructions say.
